Considering the governor’s “stay at home” order for Louisiana and recent recommendations from the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), most appointments will be conducted virtually to protect patients during these challenging times.

If you have an appointment over the next 30 days, then you will receive a call from our team over the coming days to verify that a virtual appointment is appropriate.  Otherwise, we will reschedule for a face-to-face meeting outside of the 30-day restriction window.

We will be in office during normal business hours for hearing aid repairs and essential diagnostic testing.  The hearing aids will be accepted by a staff member at the front door and you will be notified when the device is ready to pick up.  We ask everyone to call before stopping in.

If you have a question, have a challenge or need to speak to our team, then you can continue to reach us at 985-273-5795.

Grateful,

JJ Martinez, AuD.
